Shipping Destinations & Fees
We currently ship to the United States, Germany and Japan.
- Standard shipping: free on all orders, with no minimum order value.
- Expedited shipping: $8 for orders below $69; free for orders of $69 or more.
Available options are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on the destination and shipping service. Contact us before ordering if you need your gear by a specific date.
Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Peak seasons and promotions may require additional processing time. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Weather, customs clearance and high shipping demand may cause delays.
14-Day Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery, including sale and promotional items. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
- Email innerkingofficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and photos if applicable.
- Wait for approval before sending your package. InnerKing covers approved return shipping and provides the return address and shipping instructions.
- Follow the supplied instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
Contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. For a different size or product, contact our team for assistance.
